Let me be upfront with you: Specialty coffee doesn’t melt fat while you sleep.

It won’t cover for a poor diet, and anyone selling you a “coffee detox” program is selling you something that is utter garbage.

What I experienced is far less dramatic and probably more useful to hear.

But, is it wise and most importantly, is it healthy?

The maths will look different.
